We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
- FREE pick-up in Magill
- FREE shipping for orders over $89 (excluding 2-litre olive oil)
- $5 local delivery within 15kms of Magill (including 2-litre olive oil)
- $8.90 standard delivery (excluding 2-litre olive oil)
- $15 heavy goods shipping for orders including the 2-litre olive oil
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM EARTHYMA DIRECTLY
Yes, you can collect your order from us in Magill, South Australia. At checkout, select 'Collect from Earthyma direct'. Feel free to contact us at hello@earthyma.com.au for more information. There is no shipping surcharge for this option.
LOVE THE WIPES AND WOULD LIKE TO REFILL THEM?
Once you’ve finished with the contents, you can order a refill here. Swap your empty container for a full one at the discounted rate of $8.00 (bulk discounts apply). We can arrange collection of the empty containers and deliver full ones if you are within 15km of Magill.
After Placing an Order: Once your order is confirmed, we'll reach out to you a day before delivery. Please leave your empty containers by your front door for collection. We'll deliver your new wipes and place the refilled ones in a secure location. Payment options include bank deposit or ordering through our website.
Reusable Containers: Our wipes containers are designed for multiple uses. Refill containers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for quality control. Whenever possible, we aim to return the same containers to you.
HOW THE PRODUCT REFILL SYSTEM WORKS
We proudly offer refills on most of our products. Here’s how it works:
- Purchase a product from Earthyma.
- Love it and wish to refill? Order the desired product on our website. Use promo code 'Refill' at checkout for a 5% discount when returning an empty jar or bottle. Please note that the refill discount does not apply to already discounted refills like wipes and olive oil (we are able to pass on bigger savings for the refilled versions of these two products).
- When receiving your order, if you return the empty packaging to Earthyma, we'll provide you with a pre-filled product. If your order is not local, it’s up to you to arrange the return of the empty packaging for a credit to be applicable.
- We thoroughly clean and sanitise returned packaging before refilling, ensuring the best quality for your refilled product. Our process includes washing in hot, soapy water, using a dishwasher for glass packaging, rinsing in boiled hot water, drying in the oven, and sanitising with an isopropyl solution before refilling.
- We create batches of new stock and refill stock separately, maintaining strict cleanliness and quality control. This ensures the safety, effectiveness, and stability of your refilled product.
PRODUCT TURNAROUND TIME
We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery, collection, or shipping.
STORAGE
Due to the nature of our products, it is important to keep them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Please refer to product labels for the best before dates.
CAUTION
Pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with epilepsy or other potentially serious health conditions should use essential oils with caution and check with their doctor before use. Please contact us directly if you would prefer us to make your wipes or any other products without essential oils.
